"Night nurses" forced to buy this drug as Some men prefer unprotected sex

The Ministry of Health serves millions of Kenyans by providing health services across the country. The government has distributed millions of medicines to almost all public hospitals in the country. Unfortunately, some cartels took advantage of this situation and sold these drugs to private hospitals. These crimes must be prosecuted and the DCI must investigate and arrest criminals involved in the sale of these drugs.

New details have emerged about how the cartels stole drugs from public hospitals and sold them to private hospitals in parts of the country. According to the latest news received this week, some vendors are reportedly selling PrEP in parts of the country, including Ksh 50 in the town of Karatina. Separately, Miriam Maina, who is also responsible for the health of sex workers, broke the silence and admitted that most men enjoy having unprotected sex with their clients.

Due to the lack of condoms, most sex workers have to take drugs to protect themselves. "Some men advertise that they'll just go into club and pay more for unprotected sex. People working with tablet computers have become businesses," Miriam Maina said.
